Nonanet is run by a small team of professionals, we have between us over 50 years of business and technical experience and have all been key personnel, involved in the running of successful businesses in the past.

We enjoy the work we do here, which means you get a far more personal service than you might get at a hosting company run purely on a "business for profit basis".

Due to the nature of our network and the fact that we operate on an N+1 basis for our hardware, we can ensure that all our services are running smoothly and efficiently, we have an extremely good uptime record, so sure are we of our services that if your service is offline for more than one hour in a twenty four hour period, we will refund the charges for the whole day (see our Terms and Conditions for the full story).

So if you're still not convinced that we're the right hosting provider for you, how about a "special offer" to convince you!! We will give all new customers the first month free of charge and if you're not happy with us, simply cancel any time during that first month and we will refund your payment in full (eg: if you pay for a year up front for a service, we will give you thirteen months for the price of twelve, unless you cancel during the first month, in which case we will refund 100% of the money you paid us).
